Overthinking - isn't it so Harmful to your Heart?

Smoking is injurious to health, like that overthinking also is  injurious to health. 


"ভাবো, ভাবো, ভাবা প্র্যাকটিস করো" 

But don't over think. Excess of anything is always bad. 


Thinking and re-thinking about anything and plucking imaginary stuffs from the wind of Fairyland which can never happen, make you injure yourself and the person who is intimately involved with you.


Well, it's a great 'fun'. A 'fun' just like wearing blindfold and standing on a random rail line to bid goodbye to the coming Rajdhani Express! What an idea! 

I must suggest if you don't like adventure, don't try this 'fun'; and if you like adventure exceptionally,  please don't try this one.


Overthinking is a psychological issue just like depression and all. Don't cherish it within you. If you feed it, it will devour your inner peace. It will start ruining your physical health as well as your spiritual intensity (positivity). Most importantly it will not only affect you but also your nearest petals.


When you trust something or someone too deeply and when you actually have no faith on anything or anyone, overthinking may arise relating to those matters.

In this respect, I can say, overthinking is the big-brother of doubt and too carefulness, isn't it so?


Think that you can't reach a solution from overthinking. Think that matters can get messed up by overthinking. Think that relationships will get tied up with complexities for this habit of overthinking.


So just think, think deeply. Think in a positive way. Think for yourself. Think for mankind. But don't try to start overthinking. It's not a leisure-time activity to avoid boredom!


Overthinking is a dream within a dream in a form of demon. Now think about what I've written.
